Yes, Fidèle is free for customers. Businesses use it free up to 50 active customers a month — it is not a trial, and no card is needed. The prices above apply from the 51st.
03How do I earn and use rewards?
Show your QR code at a partner business to collect points or stamps according to its programme. When you reach the goal, find your reward and its conditions in the app.
04Where can I use Fidèle?
At partner businesses listed in the app. Our network is starting in Tunisia and continues to grow. Check the app to discover available places.
05How can my business join?
Download Fidèle and create your business account, or email fidele.official.tn@gmail.com. Our team can help you set up your loyalty programme.
