Start with the return visit you want to encourage.
Do you want to see lunchtime customers again, recognise morning coffee regulars or encourage a second visit after a first discovery? Choose a precise objective. It will guide your reward and the way you present the card.
A programme cannot make up for disappointing service. Before discussing gifts, check the consistency of your welcome, products and waiting times. Loyalty should extend a good experience.
Three card examples to adapt to your venue.
These examples are illustrative: they do not describe offers currently available from Fidèle partners. The number of visits, eligible products and conditions are for your team to define.
- Café: one stamp per eligible purchase and a drink chosen in advance after the stated target.
- Restaurant: points towards a chosen reward, such as a dessert on a future visit.
- Tea room: a stamp card tied to a specific purchase, with a benefit that is easy to explain at the counter.
A short routine at checkout.
Customers open Fidèle on their phone and show their QR code. Your team scans it and awards points or stamps according to the programme rules. Customers see their progress in the app; rewards remain specific to your venue.
Prepare a shared phrase for the team, such as: “Do you have our card in Fidèle? This visit can count towards your next reward.” Also prepare an explanation for new customers: the app is required, and joining must remain their choice.
Choose an enjoyable reward with a controlled cost.
Work from the real cost of the product you offer, not only its menu price. A popular dessert or drink can have a different impact depending on purchasing, preparation and organisation.
Illustrative calculation only: if a gift costs you TND 2 and is earned after 8 eligible purchases, its distributed cost is TND 0.250 per purchase when the gift is actually redeemed. This excludes the software and other programme costs, and does not prove those purchases are additional.

The right reward balances customer enjoyment with the cost to your business.
- Something desirable
- Choose a gesture your customers appreciate.
- A controlled cost
- Check its real cost before setting the card target.
Watch return visits, not only registrations.
Record the number of participants, those who return and the rewards actually redeemed. Compare like-for-like periods: holidays, Ramadan, weather or changes in opening hours can affect footfall independently of the programme.
If customers register but do not return, ask them: is the reward clear, useful and attainable? If the programme slows service, improve the checkout routine first. Change one element at a time so you can understand what makes a difference.
Your questions, answered.
Can I choose the reward?
You define your business’s rewards. Clearly present eligible products and redemption conditions before customers begin participating.
Do customers have to download Fidèle?
Yes. They use the free iOS or Android app to find their card, QR code and progress.
How can I test before choosing a paid plan?
The free business plan lets you start with up to 50 active customers. Review current prices and book a demo to prepare your test.
