How does a digital loyalty programme work?
A digital loyalty programme replaces tracking on a paper card with tracking in an app. The business sets the rules: which purchases or visits count, how many points or stamps are awarded and which reward is offered.
With Fidèle, customers find partner programmes in the iOS or Android app. When they visit, they show their QR code. Your team scans it to award the points or stamps defined by your programme. Customers can then follow their progress and view their rewards.
A tool for your team, not only a card for your customers.
The card is the beginning of the relationship. Your business dashboard also lets you follow customers, review available statistics and prepare campaigns or offers. Team access is managed from your account.
- Choose a points or stamps programme to suit your activity.
- Define your rewards and explain their conditions to customers.
- Award benefits by scanning the customer’s QR code.
- Find customers, campaigns and statistics in your business dashboard.
Points or stamps: which approach should you choose?
For similar visits, a stamp card can be easy to explain: customers see how far they are from their reward. For a business with more varied purchases, a points programme may be more suitable. The right choice depends on how you sell, not on a universal formula.
Start with a rule your team can explain in one sentence. Choose a benefit your customers genuinely want, then check that its cost fits your margin. A generous reward that is hard to fund does not make a good programme.

Two approaches with one goal: make progress easy to understand.
- Stamps
- A visual marker for comparable purchases or visits.
- Points
- Another way to progress, based on your business rules.
How do you get started with Fidèle?
Create your business account in the app, or book a demonstration to prepare your project with our team. Tell us about your activity, the usual frequency of visits and the benefit you would like to offer.
Then prepare your programme and test it with your team: awarding points or stamps, reading progress and redeeming a reward. Before offering it widely, make sure everyone at the till can explain how it works.
How much does a loyalty programme cost?
The Fidèle app is free for customers. For businesses, the free plan lets you start with up to 50 active customers. Paid plans and their limits are detailed in the pricing section of our home page.
Displayed prices are in Tunisian dinars and include VAT. Review the subscription, renewal and cancellation terms before choosing a plan. The cost of the reward your business gives customers should also be included in your own budget.
Different businesses, the same wish to build loyalty.
Fun Lac, Sportissimo and Madhak — Goût et Tradition are among Fidèle’s first partner businesses. Their worlds are different, which is precisely why each business keeps its own rules and rewards.
Fidèle is published by iLab TN in Tunisia. You can discover our partners on the home page and contact our team to see how the solution fits your activity. We do not promise an automatic percentage increase in sales: results must be measured in your business.
Your questions, answered.
Do customers need an app?
Yes. Fidèle works through its iOS or Android app. It is not an app-free Apple Wallet or Google Wallet card.
Is it only for restaurants?
No. Programmes can suit different activities. Explain how your business works to our team so we can check which approach fits it.
Does the QR code replace my till system?
The QR code is used here for the loyalty programme. Fidèle should not be presented as a replacement for your point-of-sale software; any specific integration must be confirmed with our team.
